The Pilgrims of Rayne is an idealistic alliance dedicated to the scientific advancement of all sentient races scattered throughout the universe. We also believe that fighting is a hindrance and a symptom of entropy and should be stopped. This will take a massive amount of energy and persuasion on the part of our members; we still believe that it is possible to form a peaceful universe.

        In keeping with this ideal, the Pilgrims of Rayne will help defend anyone, even an enemy. Anyone who does not follow this dictum will be immediately expelled, no matter rank or importance in the alliance.
